Statement of Faith: We do not require each family to sign a Statement of Faith. Here is an excerpt from our handbook concerning a Statement of Faith:
MHCS is a Christian school. We believe in the Bible and the doctrines outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message. The teachers at MHCS also hold these same beliefs and will be conducting classes accordingly.
The last statement above applies to our co-op classes offered on Fridays.
HSLDA: Required.
General description (or Mission Statement):
Requirements: We require 160 days of school work, Progress Reports twice a year (Due January 15th and June 15th), We also require you to list the subjects and curriculum that you will be using for each child.
Fees: $145 per year due by August 1st
Services: Co-op classes on Fridays from 9am - 12pm, Fairs such as History, Art, and Science, SAT testing, Field trips, Monthly newsletter, High School Banquet, School Pictures/Yearbook, Kindergarten Graduation and High School Graduation, High School Diploma and Transcript, Dual Enrollment, Lending Library
Additional Info: We have enrollment May 1st – August 1st. If we reach our maximum number of families before Aug. 1st we stop enrollment.
